Fractal Analytics allotted shares under multiple employee stock option plans As on : 14-Sep-26  20:11

Fractal Analytics Limited announced that its Option Allotment Committee approved the allotment of 11,850 equity shares under the 2007 Fractal Employees Stock Option Plan, 1,94,420 equity shares under the 2019 Fractal Employees Stock Option Plan, and 26,505 equity shares under The Fractal Analytics Limited Time Based Key Employee Stock Incentive Plan 2019, resulting in a paid-up share capital of Rs 17,32,55,040.
